Agri-Empire has a state of the art packing facilities in San Jacinto, California , utilizing the most current packing technology.

Potatoes are transferred from field bins into the packing line where they are washed, sanitized, graded, sized, and packages ranging from 3 lbs. poly and mesh bags to 2,000 lbs. bulk totes, and every size in between, in various sizes of consumer packaging

In the packing process, first in first out rotation is used to insure that only the freshest potatoes are being shipped out daily. Continuous quality inspections are done prior to being packed and the again before each order is shipped. Our boxes are coded for complete traceability to the date and time packed right down to the field it was harvested from.
